1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Brocard Cook website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
The Brocard Cook offers premium chef-crafted meal prep, private chef, catering, and assisted menu planning services in Texas and Oklahoma. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Service areas include Dallas/DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Durant, OK.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings require confirmation from The Brocard Cook team. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change based on menu selections, number of guests, location, and special requirements.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours of service may forfeit the deposit. The Brocard Cook reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Food Safety & Allergies
Our team takes all reasonable precautions regarding food allergies and dietary restrictions. However, we cannot guarantee that meals are free from traces of allergens. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant allergies and dietary requirements prior to service. The Brocard Cook is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed or unknown allergens.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible kitchen or venue for service delivery. Any equipment, utilities, or access required for the service must be made available. The Brocard Cook reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including recipes, photos, branding, and text, is the exclusive property of The Brocard Cook and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Brocard Cook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services.
